We are currently looking for a Director to take the lead on Beneplácito’s strategic direction, growth, and day-to-day operations.

Working hours: full-time
Salary: 3000 - 4000 Eur gross
Main responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company's strategy and development directions
- Develop sales (B2B and B2C), strengthen relationships with existing clients and partners
- Lead the team, create an open, curious, and inclusive work culture
- Oversee financial performance, budget, and pricing
- Contribute to the concept of events, tastings, and educational projects
- Represent Beneplácito in public – at events, meetings, and within the community
- Communicate with suppliers
What we expect from you:
- Experience in leading an organization, department, or business
- Strategic thinking and the ability to make independent decisions
- Experience in sales and/or business development
- Ability to build, develop, and motivate a team
- Interest in wine, natural beverages, or gastronomic culture
- Ability to balance creativity with structure
- Good command of Lithuanian and English (other languages are an advantage)
A major advantage if you:
– understand the philosophy of natural beverages
– have worked in the food, beverage, HoReCa, or cultural projects sector
