TASTE PROPERTIES:
The palate is dominated by aromas of ripe green apples, white pepper and jasmine. Light acidity and a slight sweetness result in a perfectly balanced flavor profile.
FOOD PAIRING:
It goes well with cheeses - buffalo mozzarella, burrata, ricotta, gorgonzola or goat cheese. Also with light snacks or so-called "antipasti", seafood, shellfish or pizza.
Serve cold (8-10 C).
